EYFS is made up of Nursery and Reception children in Class 1.
We plan our EYFS curriculum in order to develop a range of skills, experiences and learning. Progression maps are carefully developed using the document ‘Development Matters’. Long Term plans for each subject begin with Nursery children and are mapped for each year group throughout school.
Children will have access to carefully considered resources and equipment in provision, that reflects the needs of both children in Nursery and in Reception. The provision will then be added to and enhanced with items related to a theme or topic and the children’s interests.
